Giveaway! {SNEAK PEEK}

March 2, 2012

I’m looking forward to a fun little giveaway sponsored by the What to Expect line of books!  The What to Expect While Expecting book was like my bible when I was pregnant the first time and I’m really excited to be hosting a giveaway of their book.  More info to come, but in the meantime if you have no idea what I’m talking about you can check out their website here!!

Have a great weekend!!

I recently had the opportunity to share my fantastic Photo Booth at an auction benefiting a local elementary school.  The event had a western theme and boy did things get rowdy!

Photo Booths are becoming a “must-have” for events and wedding receptions, and it’s not hard to see why.  Get your guests acting goofy and send them home with a hilarious snapshot to remember all the fun they had!

If you’re interested in booking the Photo Booth for your upcoming event or wedding reception, contact me for more information!

I’ve been thinking a lot lately about how to make my business better and how to balance the baby that is my business with the extra baby I have around the house now. I decided that restructuring my sessions was the place to start. That is how The SIMPLE Session was born. (Okay, I promise- no more baby references!) :)

I need something simple (and I think you do too). Something that makes everyone happy. I’m happy when my customers get their digital files because then I know they’ll have them forever. They can print them out for anniversaries in 2035 if they want! That’s important to me and I know it’s important to you too. So The SIMPLE Session includes all of your session images on a disk- full resolution with rights to print, print, print!

I also know that you want something beautiful for your home. These pictures deserve to be displayed! It breaks my heart to think that clients might purchase a disk and then stop there because they get busy, can’t decide, etc. That’s why The SIMPLE Session also includes wall candy. You’ll have your choice of either a 12×18 gallery wrapped canvas or a 12×18 bamboo mounted print. Classic or modern? You get to decide! If you’d rather not hang something on your walls you can opt for a 4×6 custom photo box filled with prints from your session.

All this and a whole lot of fun for $650. Sounds like a deal to me. :)

So, that’s it. SIMPLE, right?
Want to book a family session? The SIMPLE Session.
Have a baby on the way? The SIMPLE Session.
Class of 2012? The SIMPLE Session.

As promised, there will be incentives for booking one of these special sessions!

- The first 5 sessions booked will receive 2 free 8×10 prints!

Thanks to everyone who made my business a success in Spokane.  I can’t wait to see you all again!

Looking forward.

Today I was deleting all of my memory cards to make room for what lies ahead.  Next Monday, the 28th, I’m going to be induced and we’ll have our baby Stella.  Yay!  (read: YIKES!)

So there will probably be a pretty big break in the blog action around here.  I’ll try to get a post of Stella up, but I can’t guarantee when.  :)

But in the meantime, I thought I’d leave you with a few gems from my now deleted cards.  I happened to have my camera with me one day when we stopped at the park, or the WHEEEEE! as Scarlett calls it.  How can you resist stopping at the park when your little girl is yelling “WHEEEE!  WHEEEEE!  Wheeeee!!!” from the back seat?

Then the last one was taken today of Brad and Scarlett.  We decided to take a break from packing to enjoy the pool and nice weather.  Sadly after a whole year of living right above our apartment complex’s pool, this will probably be the only time we get to swim in it this season.  Anyway, we swam and then everyone napped and when Scarlett woke up she wanted her Daddy.  How sweet is that?

I just got some serious love over at the Spokane Bride Blog.  Dana from Spokane Bride contacted me last week to let me know that she wanted to feature one of my Engagement sessions and it was posted today.  How cool is that?
Be sure to check out Spokane Bride for all the local wedding trends.

Thanks a ton Dana!
